Please be sure to take the following into considering prior to submitting your request:
- While we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, during times of high request volume our response time may run longer than the standard 24 hour turnaround noted.
- Our official business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am until 7:00pm EST. Inquiries submitted outside of that window may not be answered until the following business day.
- Requests for custom Zazzle products must be made before your order is customized, or submitted to Zazzle. We cannot make changes to products you have already customized or submitted for printing.
- Links to custom items will expire within 30 days. If your anticipated date of purchase is further than 30 days away, please wait to submit your custom work request so that we may process more time sensitive inquiries.
- Please note that for prioritization purposes, ASAP will not be considered a valid “anticipated date of purchase.” Inquiries with actual dates listed will be prioritized above those with “ASAP” noted.
- As an independent designer, we cannot access any of your Zazzle order information. For questions regarding Zazzle orders that have already been placed (turnaround time, shipping costs, modification requests, etc.) for the most effective service, please click here to contact Zazzle’s customer support team directly.
